'Hi {name} - thanks for having us out yesterday. If you've got 30 seconds, a quick Google review would really help us out: [one-tap link].' That's it. No follow-ups unless you want them.

Smart filter on unhappy responses

If a customer replies with a complaint instead of clicking through, the link is suppressed and the message routes to you privately. You get a chance to fix it before it becomes a 1-star.

Optional: a second nudge after 3 days

Some plumbers want a single touch, some want a soft reminder. We tune this per business. The reminder converts another 10–15% of customers who meant to do it.

What if I don't have a Google Business Profile?+

We set one up for you as part of the build, with the right categories and service areas, before we wire up the automation. Worth doing anyway - it's free and it's the single biggest local SEO move you can make.

Can I respond to reviews from this system?+

Replying lives in Google's interface - we don't manage replies from our end. But we will send you a weekly digest of new reviews so you don't miss them, and we can suggest reply templates if you want.

What about negative reviews - does this help?+

Indirectly: the more 5-star reviews you have, the less weight any single bad one carries. Plus the smart filter catches a portion of complaints privately before they become public, giving you a chance to make it right.
